Born and raised in the Old City of Jerusalem, Sarah is a lifelong educator and mother of five. After teaching in Israel, she moved to Miami to launch a Jewish school for Israeli families — starting with 35 students and growing to over 400. That school became a model for dozens more across the U.S.

Here's how it works

Tell us about yourself

Fill out a form letting us know about you and your family. We work with Jewish families who aren’t already enrolled in Jewish schools.

Get a call from our team

After reviewing your application, we reach out to start a conversation and get to know you. If you’re not eligible, we’ll send you an email letting you know.

Search for the right school

We’ll come up with a list of schools for you to check out. You tour, interview, and apply. Once you’re in, we’ll begin working on scholarships together.

Apply for scholarships

Based on your eligibility, we’ll generate a list of scholarships and walk you through the applications. JEI also has a scholarship fund that you can tap into.
